Lady Gaga announced the formation of a new anti-bullying, youth empowerment foundation on Wednesday. A partnership with The MacArthur Foundation and Harvard University, the Born This Way Foundation aims to "Establish a standard of bravery and kindness, as well as a community worldwide that protects and nurtures others in the face of bullying and abandonment," Lady Gaga said in a press release.
